Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on October 28th, 1967. She was born in Atlanta. Roberts is part of the Robertses' fourth generation to reside in the Atlanta area, starting from her maternal grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. The Robertses' father was interested in the theater at an early time. He acted on at the Emory University campus in 1952 and was also involved in productions outside of Atlanta. The air force was drafted in 1953. During his time located in Biloxi Mississippi, was a part of an military production starring Betty Lou Bredemus who was as well in the air force. They were married in 1955. Their first child, Eric Anthony, was born in 1956. Walter was enrolled in Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana. The year 1957 was the year they left the airforce and Walter started his education at Tulane University. In 1960, the family relocated from Louisiana to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working for Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1964, Walter along with Betty Lou began production on a local Saturday morning children's television show called Bum Bum and His Buddies which they financed themselves. They created an Actors and Writers Workshop in the same year. The workshop lasted six years. In 1965, they welcomed two children to the family: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
